Program Dates: August 1st - 22nd, 2026
Location: Oratino and Campobasso, Italy (Molise province)
Application Fee: 50 euros
Application Deadline: January 15th, 2026 (Soloist Program) / March 1st, 2026 (Chorus Program)
Tuition:
Soloist program: € 2500 (Housing is not included)
Chorus program: € 1500 (Shared housing is included)
Applications are open to all singers at the pre-professional and emerging professional levels. Application requirements are listed below. Please note that there are specific requirements for those singers applying to sing the roles of Violetta, Alfredo, or Germont. Auditions are via submitted videos - however, in some cases we may ask for a live zoom meeting as a follow-up.
Application Requirements:
All applicants:
2 contrasting selections, including at least 1 aria (must include at least one selection in Italian)
Role-specific requirements (in lieu of the general requirements):
Violetta:
The following arias from La Traviata:
1) “È strano - Ah, fors'è lui - Sempre libera” (Complete, standard audition cuts are acceptable)
2) “Addio del passato”
Alfredo:
1)“De’ miei bollenti spiriti” from La Traviata (with “O mio rimorso” preferred)
2) One aria of the applicant’s choice
Germont:
1) “Di Provenza il mar, il suol” from La Traviata
2) One aria of the applicant’s choice
All applicants, with the exception of those applying for the chorus program, are required to submit a resume / CV. Applicants for the roles of Violetta, Alfredo, and Germont are suggested to submit one letter of recommendation (encouraged but not required), which can be submitted directly by the recommender to info@molisevocalacademy.com.
