Opera Rehearsal and Performance Period

August 13–15
Musical and staging preparation period
• Morning – Musical rehearsals with conductor and pianist (principal cast + chorus)
• Afternoon – Staging rehearsals with director (scenes and ensembles)
• Evening – Optional coachings or additional rehearsals
August 16–18
Scene work and ensemble integration
• Morning – Ensemble staging (large scenes and transitions)
• Afternoon – Music and staging brush-ups with full cast
• Evening – Optional coachings or additional rehearsals
August 19–20
Orchestra and dress rehearsals
• Morning – Sitzprobe / musical run-through with orchestra
• Afternoon – Piano run and final staging rehearsals
• Evening – Notes and final brush-ups
August 21
Performance I (La Traviata)
• Afternoon – Final touch-ups and warm-up at theater
• Evening – Performance I
August 22
Performance II (La Traviata) & Closing Dinner
• Afternoon – Light spacing / musical adjustments as needed
• Evening – Performance II followed by closing celebration and farewell dinner
